Raclette Night at Stonemason

Some traditions exist because they work. For centuries, the Swiss have gathered around raclette grills—melting cheese, scraping it hot onto plates, pairing it with simple accompaniments, and lingering over wine and conversation. One long communal table. 20 people. Three raclette grills running down the center. You'll watch the cheese melt and bubble, scrape it onto your plate yourself (or let us do it), and pass platters of potatoes, house-pickled vegetables, artisan charcuterie, and crusty bread.
